As each product is hand-finished, slight variations in color and design may occur.

Our tiles are made to order and ready in 3–5 working days. Delivery takes another 1–2 days, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
Is your order not what you expected? We’re sorry to hear that. But don’t worry, we offer free returns within 30 days, no questions asked. Just email us at info@thedutchtileproject.com and we’ll take care of it.
Our tiles are made of ceramic and are water-resistant, making them perfect for kitchens and bathrooms. If you’d like to use them outdoors, avoid direct sunlight, as it may affect the coating and colours.
Our tiles are fragile, so we pack them securely with bubble wrap. If a tile arrives broken, we’ll send you a new one free of charge.
