We produce every tile to order in 3–5 working days.
Please note, we do not accept returns of personalised tiles, due to their personal nature.
If your tile arrives damaged or something's missing, send us a quick photo and we'll send a replacement ASAP. No fuss, no extra cost.

- The exact design you make is the one that will be produced. Once submitted, our production process starts immediately and no changes can be made.
- We cannot fix spelling mistakes or errors after you placed your order.

How it works
We offer tiles in 3 different sizes. We also give you the option to design your tile with or without our iconic corner ornaments.
Add a name, date or other personal message you want to write for the lucky recipient.
We'll begin production as soon as we receive your order and aim to craft your personalised tile within 3–5 business days.
From curious to confident
First select your desired tile size and whether you want to include corner ornaments or not. Then customise the tile with your own personalised message. You can add text above the design, below or both.
No. Once an order is placed, our production process starts immediately and no changes can be made. Personalised tiles are non-refundable. Please double check your selected image (especially colours, details and patterns) and tile size before completing your order.
Our tiles are made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 working days on average. After that, your order is shipped. Delivery time depends on the destination country.
We keep you updated throughout the whole process and send you a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, any delays are outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier busy periods, strikes, or customs checks.

At this moment, we cannot include personal notes or cards with any order. We are working to make this available soon!

Unfortunately, at this moment we don't offer giftwrapping as part of our service. However, rest assured, none of our packages ever contain pricing or payment details.
No. Since each piece is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns unless there's a production defect.
If there's an issue with print quality or damage, please contact us via email and we'll make it right.
No, by default a tile stand or hanger is not included in any order. You can add this to your order by going to Accessories in our menu.
