This product is made to order and ready to be shipped within 3–5 business days after placing your order depending on the quantities you order.
As each piece is hand-finished, slight variations in color and design may occur.
Available in the following sizes:
- 11 x 11 cm (4.3 x 4.3 inch)
- 15 x 15 cm / (5.9 x 5.9 inch)
- 20 x 20 cm / (7.9 x 7.9 inch)
The personalised tiles always come with corner ornaments.
- Clear, well-lit portraits or images with good contrast usually produce the best results.
- Avoid blurry or dark photos.
- You can upload JPG or PNG files up to 1 MB in size.

We produce every tile to order in 3–5 working days.
Please note, we do not accept returns of custom tiles, due to their personal nature.
Our tiles are delivered in standard protective packaging without branding. At this time, a luxury gift box is only available through our corporate design service.
- Your tile will have the same (background) colours as the examples.
- Please note that very dark subjects, such as black or dark brown dogs, may print with less visible detail. Low colour contrast can cause some areas to appear flatter or slightly different from what you see on your screen.
- Please double check your selected image (especially colours, details and patterns) and tile size before completing your order.
- The exact image you upload and select is the one that will be produced. Once submitted, our production process starts immediately and no changes can be made. Personalised tiles are non refundable.

Our Delftify tool transforms your uploaded photo into a Delft Blue–style artwork, printed on a premium ceramic tile.
No. Once an order is placed, our production process starts immediately and no changes can be made. Personalised tiles are non-refundable. Please double check your selected image (especially colours, details and patterns) and tile size before completing your order.
Select your tile size first and simply upload your photo. Adjust the crop if needed, and our Delftify tool will create a Delft Blue version within seconds. You can then preview and order your tile.
Clear, well-lit portraits or images with good contrast usually produce the best results. Avoid blurry or dark photos. You can upload JPG or PNG files up to 1 MB in size.
Your photo is only used to create your tile image and is deleted automatically after processing. The generated image will be stored for 30 days on a secured server to allow re-ordering.
Our tiles are made to order. Production takes approximately 3–5 working days. Once ready, delivery takes an additional:
- 1–2 working days for orders within the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK.
- 4-6 working days for other EU countries.
- 3-5 weeks for orders outside the EU.
Please note: once your order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping times are outside our control. All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, strikes, or peak periods.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire process and will provide you with a tracking link via email when your order ships.
For the most up-to-date tracking information, we recommend checking parcelsapp.com using your tracking number, as it often provides more detailed updates than the standard tracking link. Please note that we have access to the same tracking information as you.
No. Since each piece is made uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns unless there’s a production defect.
