You probably know it before you can name it. The cheerful red, blue and green flower pattern on the coffee cups, the sugar bowl and the plates you grew up with. For well over 150 years, Boerenbont has been part of Dutch homes, and it’s still cared for by Royal Boch, the house behind the pattern.

The new: your words, framed in Boerenbont

We took the most loved pattern from the kitchen cabinet and gave it a place on the wall. On our signature ceramic tile, the Boerenbont border frames a text of your choice: a name, a date, a family saying or that one line everybody at home knows by heart. 

Two Dutch icons, the Boerenbont table and the Dutch tile with a saying, finally together. Something for your own wall, or for the Boerenbont lover in your life.

Made to collect

Boerenbont is one of the most copied patterns in the country, so we did this one properly. Every tile is created in official collaboration with Boerenbont and comes with a certificate of authenticity. And it's here for one season only: from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027. After that, the pattern goes back to the kitchen cabinet.

Yes. The design is used under official licence from Royal Boch, owner of the Boerenbont brand and pattern. Every tile comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Text only: a name, a date, a message or a saying, set in Boerenbont's own typeface. Photos and logos aren't possible for this edition. Want your own image on a tile? Try Delftify or our personalised tiles.

Two: the classic square border or the round floral wreath. Both come on our 15 x 15 cm tile.

From 15 October 2026 until 15 January 2027. After that, the collaboration ends and the tile can no longer be ordered.

Yes. The design is baked into the ceramic with sublimation, so the tile is water-resistant and will not fade, peel or chip. For permanent installation, use non-sanded grout and avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.
